When we first implemented eCW back in 2016, we experienced strange issues with the questionnaires. When we added items to the questionnaire, the displayed text was change while saving. We knew that we could manually change the text, but we did not. It displayed the text of other structured questions, but there was no pattern to it.
Fast forward to 2021, it seems like it is back. Have any of you experienced this? The only solution we have is to continually delete and re-add them affected questions until it displays corrected.
