Is anyone else using the healow agent? We were going to try and use it, but it seems its only showing OpenAccess booked appointments. It does not reflect Televisits, changes, cancellations, modifications, or any appointments not made through OpenAccess even though they are healow enabled. Anyone else using it and care to share the experience?
