Earlier this morning our users began to experience a slowdown when loading their resource schedule and eventually chrome no longer responding. For some users who had the resource schedule set in their my settings as a default screen would even be stuck building their user experience. I also had a fresh workstation I was creating get a internal server error popup after logging. I have created a ticket but not response yet. our office had a similar issue last month I believe with a resource schedule slowdown to a crawl. we are using v11e Plugin with the most recent client version.
I was able to get some users to avoid the resource schedule by going into my setting and applying my setting to their account on the bottom to use the office visit screen instead of the resource schedule temporarily. For appointments I am recommending using the new appointment button in the bottom left of a patients hub.
Anyone else experience similar issues we are using ecw’s cloud hosted environment.
