We’ve been having this issue where 9/10 of our new users can’t access patient docs. They get the message “Please go to the Document Management window and click to Configure Folders button to provide access the folder to the specific user.” Simple enough, follow those instructions and it’s fixed. Wrong. I’ll select all users from the admin account, from the new users individual account, reset cache, nothing seems to work. A few days after trying the setting will magically stick which makes me think it’s a cache issue. Anyone else have this issue or another workaround?
