Hi everyone,
I know this topic has been discussed before, but with the everyday changes in technology and infrastructure, I’d like to get people’s opinion on eCW’s cloud service as it stands today.
1) How is the overall performance? Any frequent latency issues?
2) If your practice came from a self-hosted environment, was there any particular difficulty with transitioning existing interfaces or other auxiliary platforms?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. My practice is looking to move to the cloud service this coming summer.
