Greetings,
our eCW version was updated a week ago Monday to v11.5.
We’ve had problems with extreme slowness in the progress notes when navigating specifically in and out of the progress note Treatment Section when selecting different Diagnosis tabs or when ePrescribing… if we click in and out of these screens it messages “not-responding” ... it might get to the next screen anywhere from 1-5 minutes later but as you know this is a million years when sitting in the exam room with a patient.
eCW has been working on this issue for the last week but so far no success ... it’s been a bit debilitating for us ...
Has anyone else here had this happening since their update and if so were you able to find any fixes (while I’m waiting on eCW to find a solution)...
If not fixed by the end of this week I’m tempted to ask if we can “regress” back to our previous version 11.0 (I’m not sure if that is possible).
