Does anyone know of a way to map a specific visit type to a certain facility? I know we can do this for resource schedules but hoping we can map/default a specific visit type to an appointment location.
For FQHC in our state, all telehealth visits have to “happen” and be billed out of the main facility. Even if the provider is working mondays at a satellite clinic, any telehealth visit added to the monday schedule need the appointment facility changed to main-location.
Almost none of our staff are remembering to do this and it is causing much frustration. As the visit happens, gets locked, sent to billing, then billing notices, provider needs to unlock note, facility has to be changed, then note relocked, then claim updated.
