NDC Missing/mismatch

We were recently told by our SAM about a nightly job that will run for NDCs. In this conversation, he suggested we look in report console to resolve any medications that were missing an NDC. When I look, we have around 95 entries.
What process do you guys follow to resolve these? I don’t have a clear understanding of where these entries are coming from and why they don’t have NDC’s linked. When we link an NDC, does that update patient records that have that drug listed in current meds/allergies/etc?

My SAM doesn’t have answers to these questions and suggested submitting a ticket. I received a call from a rep today who was condescending, couldn’t answer my questions and said he doesn’t have access to support documents to provide me with information that I can review to get answers to my questions.  Image may be NSFW.
