Ever since moving to C7 we have an issue with patient’s family history auto calculating age. This works fine for patients that are alive, however for patients that are deceased it doesn’t allow you to input a death date so grandparents are 150 years old!!!
I talked to eCW and they said this was “as designed” and once marked deceased it will no longer count up, so apparently no one can have died earlier than our upgrade… Ill be sure to go tell them. As far as I recall it did not auto calculate the age previously so anyone with no age input and that were already deceased now have ages, quite a few in the 100’s…
Is anyone else having this issue on this, or other, versions? Any possibility of a fix?
