What is the difference in functionality of the Web Encounter vs the Telephone Encounter?
I don’t really see any difference in functionality.
Is there a reason to pick one over the other?
I understand the concept that a Telecon might be for when a patient calls the office.
And a Webcon might be for when I am sending a message to the patient through the portal.
But when I click on the button for one or the other—is there any difference in how they function?
