In the past, on .exe version, one could do a Telecon and type in Action Taken and then Reply to Patient and the info typed would go into the portal message being sent. So it was in the Action Taken and the Portal message.
On the Chrome version, this doesn’t seem to happen.
When I type an action it doesn’t show up in the Reply to Patient.
When I do a Reply to Patient, it doesn’t show in the Action Taken.
It DOES show up in the note, but you have to go to the Virtual Visit and scroll down or view the Telecon without opening it up.
This creates problems when I have sent the patient a recommendation by the portal and the Med Tech opens the Telecon to see what is happening and can’t see the message I’ve sent to the patient - at least not easily.
Is there a tweek to this quandry?
