Anyone else now seeing two “ARR” Visit Status codes when in the appointment screen? Just started today. I’m thinking it has something to do with the new Patient Check-In via Healow (which we are not signed up for) providing an extra ARR for some reason.
When I look at our Admin > Admin > User Admin > Visit Status Codes there is only 1 “ARR”.
When looking at EMR > eCW Visit Codes > There’s only 1 “ARR” listed.
I’ve attached a screenshot.
It’s throwing off my front desk staff.
