I have a user reporting an error when she tries running a letter on a new workstation. (Our IT department is upgrading computers.) The error says: “Save Letter, error occured for Patient Name:: patients name here Letter FilenameCataract Welcome Letter”
Any idea what is causing the error? I will submit a ticket to eCW but usually get quicker, more accurate information here
