“Document Management” Deleting Folders

In the list of “Patient Document” folders (RIGHT click any folder>“Document Management”), I attempt to “Remove” a folder, a pop-up seems to confirm the action, but I cannot delete folders that I have created-folders are not deleted,even after restarting.

Can other users delete folders they have created? How?
