visit types by male /female

I have about 15 visits types and the only one I created sex specific is the physical.  What is a best practice?  My followup vists all have gyn/ob history in the format.  It’s fine for female patients but doesn’t look profession for a male pt.  How do you handle this, divide ALL visit types by sex specific.
