Since our upgrade to V11.40.23.19 numerous providers have reported that the progress note is defaulting to opening on the Orders tab. This is also happening when one of the blue link windows (Histories, ROS, Vitals, etc.) are closed. It’s not happening to every provider, doesn’t happen every time, and we are at a complete loss as to what might be causing it. Rebooting, clearing cache, does not help. Note: Our providers are using the desktop .exe version.
