We have struggled for years with the mobile eCW app. We have created multiple cases about provider’s jellybeans not having the correct counts. They would document in the eClinicalMobile app and the dictation would not make it to the EMR. Same for the lab results. eCW has said multiple times that it has been fixed, only for us to check back with the providers and they say that it is not. This has been increasingly frustrating. At the 2016 Users Conference, one of our PA’s contacted Damian Lee who was supposedly the eClinicalMobile Manager. He seems very smart and knows what is going on. He told our PA that it was a simple syncing issue and would talk to our eCW team. We are no closer today than in October. Anyone else have these issues?
