Has anyone experienced not being able to open a progress note for a patient that is on your schedule? We are cloud based and use v11e. Randomly over the past few days, the provider will go to open a progress note from the S jellybean, and gets a partially loaded chart, mostly blank across the top with the spinning blue wheel of death that doesn’t go away. Tried going to progress note for same patient via HUB and same thing. Happening to different users on different systems, different visit types (none of which are new). The other odd thing is random patients that we try to open a new telephone encounter, when it opens up it is already listed as addressed. The plug in we have is still the 2.7.18 as we were fearful of updating to the new one after trying to do so last time only to find it was not stable and they recommended we go back to 2.7.18. We have a ticket in for all of this, but of course have not heard anything back and providers are unable to chart. Ideas?
