Drug Database Problem

We have Medispan Database, but everytime I contact support to update the database because it is out of date, I am told I have Multum. After multiple episodes of going back and forth, they manually do a Medispan update. I have written emails, opened tickets. Does anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on a solution?
