Good day everyone. We are on the cloud, 11e client. We also have a handful using the URL. I have noticed a big increase in the last month or so in having to manage the recurrent locks on the progress note screen. It is almost as if the switch that keeps users from gaining access is not clearing out or resetting. I have had many occasions when there are no users in the account and the application still will lock us out.
Is anyone else dealing with a similar issue? We have analyzed our network six ways to Sunday and just switched ISPs with screaming connections and bandwidth. No idea what would be causing it unless there is a Jira out there I am unaware of…
Thoughts?
