In Texas, we’re required to place a “..copy of the PMP check in a patient’s medical record.” I assume this is how other states are requiring compliance. What is your workflow for documenting this? A simple template with just this documentation? Something in structured data so it’s reportable? Trying to think of the easiest solution for staff that will still let us easily run reports for compliance.
I’m also assuming the PDMP log that’s generated in eCW wouldn’t count as being “in a patient’s medical record”.
