When selecting to print the Visit Summary, from the Print Options , there is Care Plan and Action Plan listed to check.
Does anyone know where these come from.
I have been testing using the Care Plan , but nothing prints even if the Care Plan is checked and , I cannot find anything where the Action Plan comes from?
Just wondering if I am missing a Item key or something.
