Recently we’ve added some new Visit Types for some dental visits. However, they weren’t customized with the right sections being hidden (like family history, etc). I tried to work with a manager to change these, and while she had the Admin section on the left bar, and could get into the preferences for the Visit Type, the “Customize” button was not there to allow her to get into this section.
Any idea what permissions she needs to ask IT to enable to allow her to get that “Customize” button to appear? See attached.
