Anyone using televisits through ECW/Healow app? We have been piloting this in our clinic and just in two weeks the Healow server was down. Of course the initial IT response from ECW is that it’s on our end, after some time they admit that their server is indeed down and then let us know it’s back up hours later.
If this service is unreliable then what can we do?
If anyone has experience or has successfully launched televisits in their clinic with ECW I would be most grateful to hear your story.
