We wanted to share our v11 experience and lack of appropriate support from ECW.
We upgraded this past weekend. For the last 48 hours, we keep getting random errors all over the EMR. They happen at random and not easily reproducible when tech support calls us. Some are permission errors, some are script errors, sometimes we get a message that the chart is confidential (PSAC) and then after clicking out of it, it opens the next time. All we can do is save the multitude of screen shots. Instead of escalating the issue when there are so many errors, ECW assigns a junior tech who has no clear sense of why these errors are occurring. It has been the most frustrating 48 hours in our practice after having ECW for over 12 years.
It is also frustrating as it is so hard to get through to someone senior who can understand the impact it is having to the practice.
I wonder if someone else has had issues after the v11 upgrade and has any suggestions of how to get some senior folks in ECW to get involved.
