Upcoming TPS Fileshare Migration
As a valued user of TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company, we would like to notify you of an upcoming change that will impact our clients. We have
received valuable feedback from users over the last few months, and in order to best serve our clients, we have decided to initiate a migration to a different
technology so our file transfer processing will perform consistently and reliably.
The scheduled deployment date for this migration is July 12, 2019. We anticipate that our users will experience an outage starting on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 8:00
p.m. CST until approximately 11:59 p.m. CST on Saturday, July 13, 2019. During this time, all applications will be inactive and no incoming transactions will be
accepted for processing.
How can clients prepare for the outage?
• Please update scheduled jobs to run before 8:00 p.m. CST on Friday, July 12, 2019 and disable any jobs that are scheduled to run during the outage.
• Ensure all available claims are submitted before 8:00 p.m. CST on Friday, July 12, 2019.
• For same day eligibility requests during the outage, utilize the payer’s website in order to check patient eligibility.
