I am actually enjoying using Speech anywhere on eclinicaltouch and eclinicalmobile to dictate my notes. I have a few questions though and am putting them out there in case anyone has the same issue or has found a solution.
1.) I cannot get blood pressure or heart rate to scribe. I have only been able to get height, weight and temperature to scribe using speech. I have a ticket into ECW on this but they haven’t seemed to figure it out yet.
2.) One thing that would be VERY helpful is to be able to pull ICD 10 codes from the problem list when dictating. So for instance in the assessment or treatment note section if we could use the right sided tool bar to click on past diagnoses for our patients instead of dictating them new each visit. We have a lot of chronic conditions and these codes stay with patients visit after visit, if we could pull them into the dictation and then dictate new treatment plans under that would be ideal. Has anyone been able to do this?
