We recently took the big leap of jumping on the V11 bandwagon. So far most issues have been resolved.
Our two present issues are:
- Scheduler bug - we setup well-defined schedules (ie max number of patients per slot, etc); in eCW Desktop, anytime anyone tries to update the Appointment (Visit Status, Billing Notes, etc), it would complain we are trying to schedule improperly. This has forced some users to use eCW Web app.
- Specialty Forms - we have a couple of specialty forms that we consistently use; for some reason, if we use eCW Plugin mode to view Specialty forms in Scanned docs, the Specialty forms will display incorrectly. The eCW Scanned docs’s web mode and the eCW Desktop work fine.
Questions:
Is anyone face these issues? Any resolutions? I’ve already sent some tickets but no results yet.
