New to 10e Web Based and missing some things

We just got access to 10e and there are some things I have questions about. Our “Training” for this new version consisted of about 30 minutes from someone who was given a watered down training themselves. We were instructed to use the Plug In mode if there was the option.
Most of my questions come from the fax inbox since that I where I spend a lot of my time.

Drop Downs
Sorting fax inboxes is taking more time because there are no more drop downs for who we want to send a document to and what facility they are at. It seems like there is only the option to type the persons name and location. Is this normal or maybe we don’t have someone thing turned on?

Accessing the patient Hub from the fax inbox
I sort the fax inbox for a clinic that has closed. Some providers from there went to another location and some left the practice. I used to be able to click on their Hub and see who they were seeing to determine what to do with the fax. Is this no longer an option or am I missing it? Currently I run two eCW’s so that I can sort the fax in one window and look at the Hub in the other.

It also seems that no matter which way you access the fax inbox, it all ends up at the same screen. Before, if you went different ways, you saw different views of the inbox i.e. one way had a list of the patient documents on the left side (with the Hub option at the top) and another way had a small box in the center of the screen and was a very condensed version of their documents.

Setting Favorites
I used to be able to select favorite staff to send things to and now I can’t find that option if I right click on a document and click Send To. I also noticed that when I’m in a Telephone Encounter and want to send it to someone else, the drop down has every employee listed, current and former.
