Anyone else having trouble adding a new provider to your eCW application when the provider is transferring from another EMR and already has a direct address from the previous location? I am being told by eCW that we cannot add our new provider to P2P/Direct Address since she already has one elsewhere . . . she works for two companies with two different EMRs . . . so why is eCW saying she cannot have two direct addresses?
Any others experiencing this?
