Today between 10:30 and 12, somehow we had several hundred random patients get inactivated, include on I was seeing at the time. Emergency ECW ticket placed and they don’t know yet why. Has anyone else experienced this with ECW v11 SAAS. We haven’t done any patches upgrades activations or accidental inactivationss of patients. This is weird but also frightful.
