Hello,
I have a problem with adding to the list of eligible insurances for CCM. Medicare covers CCM. However so do many private Medicare Advantage plans through major commercial carriers like United. I want to add those MA65 patients however the CCM module to add insurances will add all United patients, not just the MA65 patients. How have people found a work around for this in maximizing your panel of CCM eligible patients?
