I posted this on the bugs section, but I wanted everyone to have an opportunity to see this. Issue #1 is the most grave since data disappears. Does any one out there use bubble sheets?
BUG ID: PE-20163
Issue 1:
1. Scan bubblesheet and submit data
2. Open the progress note section in which has the scanned data
3. Close the section
4. Data in child questions disappear
Issue 2:
1. Scan a bubblesheet with a multiselect question and ensure it read the responses
2. Submit data
3. Open progress note
4. Data from multiselect question is never submitted to note
Issue 3:
1. Scan bubblesheet and submit data
2. Open the progress note and identity single select question that did not submit
3. Go back and scan again or manually enter in through bubble sheet screen from appointment window
4. Data never transfers as certain questions never transfer
