question, does anyone know of a way to increase the default size of the document details window in eCW. We are currently receiving a lot of CCDA from other hospitals and rather than having our providers work these from the T jelly bean we instead have our HIM team receive them and move them to the D jellybean for the provider to review. This works well as the provider can move to other areas in eCW from the D jelly bean display versus the limited options they have in the T jellybean. My question though is when we do this the pdf of the CCDA displays in the document preview window but as these can be very long documents the display is difficult to navigate. It appears only ink edit will make the image display larger but then you lose other navigation functionalities, i.e. the hyper links at the top of a CCDA and or the ability to search a pdf by keyword.
I am curious how others are managing CCDA documents received when a patient is discharged from a hospital.
