This is updated thread notice as warning to all users contemplating upgrade at this time. V11.40 is garbage, you can no efficiencies.
Last somewhat stable platform in my humble opinion is V10.48
V11 test environment testing didn’t mirror production experiment unless you’re constantly replicating your production environment and have test interfaces setup. All our errors do not reproduce on test patients and occur regularly on real patients.
This will impact clinical teams negatively for:
1) MACRA submissions
2) Patient satisfaction reduction
3) Legal liability with the retroactive lost of referral, billing and appointment user logs due to table shifting to a more “Detailed format”.
4) Failing to provide hardware partners adequate lead time to develop module plugins.
Anyone got the Department of Justice technical call line for failing to offer proper Health Security Risk Assessments for log generations?
We’re surviving, we were excited, now everyday is just trying to survive.
