I’m on version 11, anyone else have a problem with the autolog off. Instead of turning the screen gray, after a period of inactivity, the users screen last remains. If you try to X, you get the stupid , you need that user to log back in before they can log off. There is a HIPAA risk because the screen is still of an active patient and visible to all patients in the exam room. Some, the screen is gray with the login credentials but most of the time it still shows the last patients chart.
We are a trying to have everyone press X when they leave the session but that’s still person dependent. Are there other log off procedures such as Control X that work and does anyone else have this ecw problem?
