We have been having a longstanding issue with an error message that comes up stating “Please Enter values for all mandatory fields” in structured data in the HPI if you click on the clack text to answer the question. We have been told there is no current fix for this- has anyone had this issue? The only way to solve is to get out of the progress note and then go back in.
