Hey all-
My co-worker has been working with eCW for almost 2 weeks trying to figure out why random users are getting an error message when accessing progress notes from the OV screen. Luckily she was able to find a work around (users choose a different encounter date in the encounters drop down in progress note then go back to the current note and the error will go away). Our IT guys have done several network connections test and everything is fine on that end.
eCW has checked on the server end and escalated the issue up the ladder but I was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue? Or had this happen after they activated CCMR?
