Timing out

I have a few computers that every time a user is timed out they enter their log in and password but they get an error message.

I thought they were just entering it in wrong but I tried it and still the same thing. They have to close the use Task manager to close out.

I read somewhere that it might be some IE settings but I don’t know what to look for.

Version V10sp2.5.38
Windows 7
IE 11

Any ideas??
