They are sending electronic faxes instead. We can escribe with our tiny pharmacy in town and every other major pharmacy. CVS said we need to contact their corporate office. We can send prescriptions fine, it’s just refills are being faxed with CVS.
I’m aware of the recent bulletin on my.eclinicalworks regarding CVS. This has been going on for years with CVS. Has anyone else ran into this problem with them or are we just getting the run around?
