I searched this forum and do not see that others are having the same issue. Our provider productivity numbers are skewed by appointment blocks (we use blocks for required education, meetings, etc), and appointments made for TEST patients, for testing and practice purposes.
Is there something we are missing in the set up of a test patient? We have excluded all test patients from registry and mark their appointments as non-billable.
Too much time is being wasted trying to remove blocks and test patient appointments from productivity reports.
PS I opened a chat and was told there is nothing we can do about the blocks counting as productive time.
