Our practice is looking to revamp our well visit templates. Our goals are:
1) To reduce the cluttered appearance and redundant questions/fields
2) Make selections more pediatric-specific
3) Make more fields carry over from visit to visit (ie TB risk factors and testing)
Would you be willing to send screenshots of your well visit templates? Our practice makes templates by marking items with a . or – so they are “bookmarked” and come up in the template. Is this the way your practices make them, or do you build specific fields including only the items you wish to include on the template?
