Telephone encounter notification to provider if they aren’t listed in the assigned to field?

Our providers are using eclinicalmobile and need to receive a notification for priority telephone encounters via the app. We utilize a call center whom assigns the encounter once the call is received from the patient. Often, they don’t assign the encounter to the provider, its being assigned to the back office user group. Any one have any suggestions on how we may push the notification to our provider if they aren’t noted in the assigned to field.

We’re trying to reduce the human error component of this concern. Any suggestions welcomed!
