Fax all of today’s progress notes to each patient’s Circle of Care

Our oncology department creates a Circle of Care for each patient and faxes the progress note to the CoC every time the patient is seen. The current process is to (daily) go one-by-one and fax the notes for every patient seen that day. Our oncology department is asking for a quicker solution. Is there a way to select all of today’s visits/progress notes and fax individually to each patient’s CoC?
