Users Forum Question

I am going to start this post with the following - this is a direct quote from the login screen of this Users forum…wit a few items bolded/highlighted…...

Welcome To eCWusers….
...an independent forum for users of eClinicalWorks, an electronic medical record and practice management software solution for medical offices. This is a place for us, as users, to share thoughts, difficulties, questions and successes in using the software. This site is maintained and moderated by users and is not affiliated with or financially supported by eClinicalWorks, LLC.

I have been a member of this users forum for 15 years now - I joined when we went live with eCW way back in the day. I have loved coming to this forum throughout the years and getting tips and bits of knowledge from my fellow eCW users. TWICE now - when posting on this forum - we (not even me directly) have received calls from eCW support that have an immediate ticket created. I feel like this is very intrusive and honestly is a creating a huge disservice to the users on this forum. This has been a space that we were able to openly discuss our situations that we are having as users without having to think about what we were posting.

I am highly disappointed with the direction this forum has taken lately - I come to this space to talk to my fellow users and do not appreciate the feeling of being monitored by eCW.

If this is how this forum continues - the mission needs to be updated to reflect that this forum is highly moderated by eCW staff and that you will be contacted for expressing any type of issue you may be having and that tickets will be created on your behalf EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ASKING for a ticket.
