Mediscan Scanner and RDS/Terminal Server

Has anyone successfully setup using the Mediscan (Scanshell 800dx) scanner and using it within an RDS/Terminal server environment.

I have it setup fine in Windows 10.  I’m using Fabula Scanner Redirection for RDS.  I can see the scanner and I can scan into eCW with it, but not the Mediscan part.

If I try to scan a Drivers License or Insurance card it tells me the scanner isn’t valid.  But I can go into scan a document and scan from there with it.

I’m hoping there is something I’m just overlooking.
