So I’ve been on version V11.52.305C.66_64 EXE for sometime now. Am I the only one who is getting Stack overflow crash when pressing the Care Plan button from within the progress note. It occurs everyday 100% of the time the very first time you open it for a patient.
ECW hasn’t been able to fix it. Care plans are required for all Medicare annual wellness visits. So is this just me or is everyone experiencing this?
Next annoyance-bug. When you press the E jelly bean for refills or Rx button form the hub, I get a small window that states “LOADING” and it lasts 3-5 seconds before refills script or rx screen loads. Every time.
Both of these I have tickets in for and they haven’t been able to fix it. In fact, the LOADING problem I was told is not a bug but requires “an enhancement ” request to fix.
It’s 2023, if we press a button, it should work and work quickly. Again my question is IS everyone on this version experiencing these loading and stack overflow errors.
