We have been getting more and more newly enabled patients who cannot log into the portal. This is even after a password change with re-running the portal tasks.
The issue does not seem to be user error because we have tried to work with patient on-site and are unable to log in.
The workaround is using the mobile phone authentication which requires 2 authentications for new portal users. This is incredibly difficult when patients do not have access to a mobile phone so we use our phones to complete the initial log in and then have them change their password after we get into the portal.
I have tried support, but they insist we call the patients when they contact us which is next to impossible.
Any one else have this issue?
