Significant issues since upgrade to 11.52.241.7

Hi Everyone,

We have hosted our own servers since 2006.  We recently underwent a few upgrades (end of August and October) and have had significant issues since.  We have had tickets in and have spoken with numerous techs at ECW without resolution.  We use an enterprise directory for our two practices and connect via remote desktop. 

The main issue is in our EXE version, the providers listed in the jellybean drop downs are not correct. The providers from one side of our enterprise directory are showing on the other.  This prevents telephone encounters, labs etc from being reassigned to the correct provider.  Providers cannot send controlled substances in the EXE version as the provider on the telephone encounter must match the script and since their name is not in the list, they cannot send via telephone encounter.  The odd thing is that sometimes it works and the next day it is wrong again, but it is wrong more than it is right.

We are having multiple other issues (not as significant) including random black screens when trying to send prescriptions, a “License alert- license is expired” pop up when trying to use eclinical mobile (nuance speech anywhere + scribe) after dictation and hitting the scribe it button.

Again, we have spent weeks with ECW without resolution. 

Hoping to see if anyone had similar issues or thoughts on the above issues.
