Anyone have a Patient Merges training document you can share? We are sitting still on doing patient merges as everyone is running circles around this list that eCW provided of what will and will not merge! (List is from the Patient Merge window “Click here to view important information about Patient Merges”). I’ve tested and the majority of what is stated in the not merge column, appear to merge appropriately.
We are in a VERY bad habit of creating duplicates and going to be pushing the task of merging out to a very few users and want to give them some clear direction.
